Mobile Terms of Service

The Wavy Boutique mobile messaging service (the "Service") is operated by Wavy Boutique. By using the Service, you agree to these Mobile Terms. We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. If we update these Mobile Terms, your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes means you accept them.
SMS Consent & Message Types
By opting into our SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Wavy Boutique through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided — even if that number is on a state or federal Do Not Call list. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or similar technology.
You may receive two types of messages:
- Service messages — order updates, account alerts, and other informational notifications
- Promotional messages — exclusive offers, specials, new arrivals, and cart reminders
Signing up for text messages is completely voluntary and is never required to make a purchase. Your consent is not a condition of any transaction with Wavy Boutique.
Fees & Message Frequency
We do not charge for this Service. However, you are responsible for any charges your wireless provider applies for sending and receiving text messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for details.
How to Opt Out
You can opt out at any time by texting STOP to Wavy, or by clicking the unsubscribe link in any text message. You'll receive one confirmation message and no further texts will be sent to your device unless you re-initiate contact.
If you've subscribed to multiple Wavy Boutique messaging programs, you'll need to opt out of each one separately by following the instructions in that program's mobile terms.

Short Code & Number Changes
We may change the short code or phone number used to operate this Service at any time and will notify you of those changes. Carrier Liability
Wireless carriers supported by this Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide a valid mobile number. If your number changes, you'll need to re-enroll with your new number.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wavy Boutique is not liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected messages, any errors in the information sent, or any action you take or don't take based on that information.
