Join the Wavy Boutique Team

Wavy Boutique is a coastal-inspired women's boutique built on community, good energy, and making getting dressed feel effortless. We're a small, intentional brand — and we hire the same way we buy: carefully, with purpose, and only when it's right.

Who We Are

We're not just selling clothes. We're building something — a brand rooted in confidence, connection, and giving back. Every piece is hand-selected, every order is packed with care, and every customer interaction is an opportunity to make someone feel seen.

If that sounds like something you want to be part of, keep reading.

What We're Building Toward

We're a one-woman operation growing toward our first hire — a part-time Content Creator and Fulfillment Assistant based in Richmond Hill, GA. This isn't a role that exists yet, but when it does, it will go to someone who already cares before they're asked to.

The right person will lead on content creation from day one and flex into order fulfillment during busy seasons. They'll bring genuine energy, a strong visual eye, and the kind of work ethic that doesn't need to be managed into showing up.

What That Role Will Look Like

  • Creating and scheduling on-brand social media content
  • Shooting flat lays, outfit content, and product photography
  • Packing and shipping orders with attention to detail — thank-you cards, packaging, the works
  • Organizing and intaking inventory as needed
  • Approximately 10 hours per week, part-time, in-person in Richmond Hill, GA

This role isn't open today. But if it sounds like you, we'd love to have your name on file for when it is.

Internship Opportunities

We also welcome applications from students looking for real, hands-on experience in boutique marketing and e-commerce. As a Wavy intern, you won't be making coffee — you'll be building skills you can actually talk about.

You'll learn how a real brand builds and executes a content strategy with limited resources, how to read performance data and pivot accordingly, and how inventory flows through an e-commerce boutique from intake to fulfilled order. By the end, you'll be able to walk into any room and say you learned how to build marketing strategies, analyze how they worked, and adjust to drive revenue — and mean it.

Non-Negotiables

Wavy has a strong culture and we protect it. A few things that matter here:

  • Genuine, positive energy — the kind customers feel and teammates rely on
  • Accountability — own your work, your mistakes, and your growth
  • Reliability — show up, follow through, and communicate when something comes up
  • Alignment with the Wavy brand and what it stands for

Sound Like You?

We're not always hiring, but we're always open to connecting with the right people. Send your resume and a note about yourself — tell us who you are, what you care about, and why Wavy feels like a fit.
