We work hard to ensure every Wavy Boutique piece is high quality and accurately represented - from fit to fabric to feel. Please review all product descriptions and follow care instructions so your items stay looking their best 🌊


Returns & Refunds

If something isn’t quite right, we’ve got you covered.

All returns must be initiated through our return portal.

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Returns submitted after 30 days will not be accepted

Eligible returns may be issued as store credit or refund, depending on the return option selected.


Return Fees & REDO Return Protection

Standard Returns (REDO not purchased):

  • A flat $5.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

REDO Return Protection (optional at checkout):

  • When REDO is purchased at checkout:

    • No return shipping fee

    • Return shipping is fully covered

    • No return processing fee

  • REDO must be added at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively


Return Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • Free of deodorant, makeup, perfume, pet hair, or damage

  • Returned with original Wavy Boutique tags attached

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified via email. Approved returns will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Items that do not meet return requirements may be denied or returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.


Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale items

  • Promotional items (giveaways, seasonal promotions, mystery items)

  • Gift cards

  • Intimates (bralettes, swimwear, bodysuits, etc.)

  • Items showing signs of wear or washing

  • Items missing original tags

  • Earrings

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at shopwavy@wavyboutique.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers may cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. Returned items must be unused, unworn, with original tags attached and in original packaging.
